Appeals Procedure
If students have any cause for concern, the first resort is to contact their assigned academic advisor. If this does not resolve the problem, then the student may take the matter to the college principle. Students on bachelors and masters programmes that are validated by the University of Wales may also raise concerns with the university directly. In all cases, the matter will be dealt with confidentially and seriously until a resolution is reached.
